This comprehensive program satisfies the TSBPA ethics requirement, helping to educate CPAs in the ethics of the profession, specifically the Rules of Professional Conduct of the Board. The course is designed in two parts. CPAs who have completed the initial mandatory 4-hour ethics course can safisfy their 2-hour requirements for the next 3-year period by attending only Part I. Part I is an overview of recent and contemplated changes in the Rules of Professional Conduct and includes a summary of contemporary events that are driving the changes in regulatory requirements for CPAs.
