Patsy C. Culver, CPA
For 10 months I have been using this space to talk about a number of things. This month I am doing something different. We want to hear from you!
We are planning next year. By taking into account what has worked and what has not, the incoming 2004-2005 Chair Cliff Wall will make plans for the upcoming year. For instance, it is our impression that CPE is one of the benefits you value from your membership. With that in mind he has already planned a “Free CPE Day” for all members of the Dallas CPA Society!
Are we right? Let us hear from you – pculver@cpadallas.org and cwall@hartco-llp.com .
Tell us what you liked, what you didn’t like, and what you would like to see from your Chapter. In the past, we have assumed certain activities and programs you would like to see the Dallas CPA Society do. You can cover any topic that interests you.
So in that vein, here is a very short list to get you started:
- Why haven’t we ever done . . . . . . . at DCPAS?
- As an Industry member I need . . . . . . from the DCPAS?
- As a member in Public I need . . . . . . from the DCPAS?
- As a member I believe we need to do more/fewer Social Activities.
- As a member I believe we need more/less CPE?
- As a member I believe we need more/fewer networking opportunities?
- As a member, I do not/do understand what the DCPAS does versus what TSCPA does?
