Showcase Your Real Estate Expertise At The May 8, 2004 Krld "Rich Dad’s Real Estate Investor Workshop"

By: John A. Eads, CPA
Chairman, Media Relations Committee

On Saturday, May 8, 2004, the Dallas CPA Society will have a booth at this event, and we will man the booth with a team of volunteer seasoned real estate experts from our membership from 7am-4pm at the Wyndham Anatole Hotel.  Click Here to view the Brochure.

"Rich Dad's Real Estate Investor Workshop" is a one-day event designed to inform and educate individuals about the power and benefits of investing in real estate. For the experienced investor it offers the chance to expand horizons, for the novice investor it offers the direction to get started, and for everyone there is the opportunity to come, network and build a team of real estate experts.

Robert Kiyosaki, best selling author of the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" series of books, headlines a dynamic group of speakers. Members of Robert's "Rich Dad" team will join him on stage throughout the day to address their areas of expertise.

In addition to these exciting speakers, attendees will have the opportunity to learn everything they need to know about real estate investing in a series of breakout seminars featuring specialists and consultants representing a wide array of real estate arenas.

From multi-family dwellings to hard money lending and foreclosures to insurance, "Rich Dad's Real Estate Investor Workshop" will offer the chance to learn from the experts how to have success in real estate investing.

Your opportunity #1 – volunteer to participate at the Dallas CPA Society booth. Be able to hand out your business cards upon responding to attendees’ real estate tax, operations, and financing questions.

Your opportunity #2 – have your own firm or company booth. For as little as $1,350, you can have your own 8x10’ booth to demonstrate and/or sell your products and/or services. You would be listed in the event program, have signage at the exhibit booth and on the main stage slide presentation. Call Sandy Poulin at 817/543-5419 to get this special rate.

Please call Margaret Campbell at the DCPAS office to let them know of your desire to participate and your area of real estate expertise. Thank you for your interest and participation in the activities of your Chapter!
