Course Description: A strained and evolving economic and regulatory environment presents new challenges for our clients and our profession. Mr. Cousins will discuss areas where you can safeguard your clients’ welfare, help them avoid some tax related pitfalls, and show added value for your services.
Learning Objective: You will leave the presentation with five problem areas that need to be proactively avoided. These include both changed IRS policies and areas in which both substantial Service resources are devoted, and/or the downside risk to your client is extreme.
