Description: This course employs an interactive approach to reviewing ethical and related legal issues in the financial workplace.  After a review of  classic ethical theory, we apply the Rules of Professional Conduct of the AICPA and TSBPA to common ethical situations faced by accountants in practice, both at the corporate level and with a CPA firm.
